TERMS & CONDITIONS
48-HOUR CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will still be charged at the full rate for the original time slot. If you choose to reschedule your lesson with less than 48 hours' notice, the alternative time slot will be charged for separately.
Please note that in the event of a no-show, the lesson fee will be forfeited in full.

PREPAID LESSON FEES
We accept payment by PayPal and also by cash or cheque. If you plan to send a cheque by post, please use the address on our Contact page. Bookings are secured once payment is received.
REFUND POLICY
All fees paid for lessons are non-refundable. If prepaid lessons are cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, a credit will be issued to the client which can be applied to a future booking. Please note that the expiry date of the credit will be calculated using the original date of purchase.
EXPIRY DATES FOR PREPAID LESSONS
All prepaid lessons, gift vouchers and multi-lesson packages must be redeemed in full within 6 months of the original date of purchase. Any unused lessons and vouchers will expire after this 6 month period.
TEACHER CANCELLATION
In the event that your teacher cancels a lesson, your teacher will offer to book an alternative, mutually-convenient time slot at no additional cost.
HOLIDAY LESSONS
If lessons are cancelled or rescheduled by customers during holiday periods, our usual 48-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy will apply. Students will be informed of any changes to opening times in advance of studio holidays or special events.
LESSON TIMES
Students should arrive punctually but no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled lesson time so as to limit disruption to other students' lessons.
Please note that in the event of a late arrival, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. It will not be possible to make up lost time at another time. If the lesson begins late due to previous lesson(s) overrunning, you will still receive your full allotted time.
